In this book, Blue is writing a story after the death of his father. He wanted to write a story that is bloody and adventurous, more realistic. The story “The Savage” he is writing is about a savage and his life. This book is mainly about the savage’s adventures and Blue’s opinion. The savage is a wild kid who does not have any parents. This book have lots of really interesting pictures with all the amazing colors. It is also simple and really easy to understand. I would recommend this book to people who like fantasy. I think this is good book for a quick read.

This book I would give 4/5 because I don’t think it was thick enough. There were also too many pictures and not enough words. It is sad but interesting how Blue pulls his life together and makes fun of Hopper (the bully). I think Blue is crazy because in English class he acted all crazy and ran away. Still, it’s an interesting book to read if you can read quickly. There are only 80 pages with 40 words and maybe a picture on each page.
